Hinkley Point C’s Science

Overview

This show will explore some of the Science (and Engineering) that will power and build the UK’s newest nuclear power station! Hinkley Point C (the nuclear power station under construction in Somerset) will provide enough electricity to power the equivalent of 6 million homes, all using some fairly basic scientific principles. In this show you’ll be able to explore and hear about this science in more detail… and who knows, you might even find out about your future job there too!
